GHRL Lite
Demand for mentoring leads to tailored service for small and start up businesses.
Small and start up businesses are set to benefit from a new service launched by GHRL.
The tailored mentoring service has been designed to specifically address the issues and challenges faced by Scotland’s 270,000+ small and start up businesses in meeting their aspirations.
“In operating as Interim Management service providers within the business sector throughout Scotland we have increasingly seen the need for support to companies of this size and stages of development,” comments Brian Sherret, Managing Director of GHRL. “That support might simply be by way of on-going key questions, or it could be with regard to overall direction and growth.”
In today’s world, many larger organisations and leading business people have mentors, and this low-cost service provided by GHRL Lite will enable smaller organisations to do likewise. GHRL believe that mentoring and coaching is not about giving advice; when you give advice, you imply that you know best! Rather GHRL views the Mentor’s job as being to release the resourcefulness within the Client’s organisation to enable growth to be achieved and objectives met.
Face to face meetings, telephone discussions and an out-of-hours hotline will enable company owners to discuss their plans and receive the necessary direction and mentoring in achieving them.
The service will provide one dedicated mentor, but clients will have access to a team of over 25 specialists on the GHRL Interim Management Team when required.
This expansion adds a whole new aspect to GHRL, whose core business is the provision of interim management and business support services, primarily to large SME’s, blue chip companies and public sector organisations. Clients for the new service will comprise direct contacts plus many referred by banks, accountancy firms and other professional organisations.
The service will be provided by way of a contract, priced at £200 + Vat per month. The GHRL Lite Data Sheet attached gives full details and additional information may be obtained from contacting Ian Wilson on i.wilson@ghrl.co.uk or Brian Sherret on b.sherret@ghrl.co.uk
